Not only has this company been reported to be a moving broker, they give binding estimates to which they pressure you into signing a new one after all your stuff is loaded on the truck. They charge double what was agreed to and you may receive damaged items, in the process.
Some customers have complained they had to pay an excess of $2000 more than they were originally quoted. Some customers are claiming that they never received their items and have had to await their belongings to be moved to their new homes 1-4 weeks late. Even though, this company claims to have a refund policy, customers have been unable to get their money back although pictures, required documents and more were sent to the company. This entire company is a rip-off. Consumers have filed complaints with multiple review sites as well as the Department of Transportation. FMCSA (from the Department of Transportation) states that you are not required to pay anything more than what the amount is on your binding estimate, unless there are additional services, which usually does not occur so the extra charges are a very questionable practice.
“They did pay a third party to take down my husbands review. Please do not trust this company...”
