This is yet another company that violates the terms of many review sites, including Yelp, by hosting multiple accounts on the site as a way to hide their true reviews (many being negative). It is also suspect the way many of the positive reviews are written, as well as their brevity.
They underestimate their estimates, purposely, then call back, usually as close to moving day as possible to overcharge the customer. Many of their positive reviews that have flooded their listings on review sites recently, seem to be generally dishonest or have a likelihood to have been posted by their own employees. They have a habit of not fulfilling their contractual agreement, even with them having 2-3 weeks of leeway on late deliveries. These scamming policies as well as others have caused multiple customers of Puma Van Lines to waste extra money on, not only being over-charged, which is an illegal and illicit practice, but also wasting money on extra hotel and travel expenses. They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau as well as Department of Transportation agencies.
“BEWARE!!!!! This is by far the WORST company I have ever experienced. They will scam you…”
