This company performs worldwide shipping, however uses this to perform fraudulent services making it much more difficult for government authorities and other enforcement entities to stop and prosecute them.
They underestimate their estimates, purposely, then call back, usually about one day before shipping to overcharge the customer. This practice is illegal in the United States, however it is not illegal in every country because various other countries don’t have the same or similar laws for consumer protections that are available to United States citizens. They regularly overcharge unwitting consumers thousands of dollars, by an average of $3500 or more. There are multiple cases of this company losing up to 100% of the customers’ items and belongings with no real discourse for repayment or reparatiion, since they are not completely bound by US laws since they ship to and from multiple countries and other destinations/ points of origin. Some moves and shipping by them are reported to have taken up to 7 months and even then, the customers have had lost or stolen items after already being over-charged by this fraudulent company. Consumers beware.
“Absolutely the worst shipper I have ever done business with. They are dishonest, over-charge and don’t answer emails…”
