This moving company is fraudulent and now operates under a different name. They have an affiliation and are known as Nationwide Moving, as well as, other moving companies in attempt to cover their tracks.
Many customers have complained that this company attempts to pose as North American Van Lines. They are not North American Van Lines, a highly ranked national moving and storage company, and you will not receive any benefits from North American while utilizing this fraudulent company. This company has been complained about the following: horrible customer service, would not show weight tickets, good faith estimates are inaccurate, estimators do not include some items, delivery crew go MIA and may never show up, replacement crews are rude and careless, these replacement crews are known to break customers’ belongings like, “the arm off our couch, gouged our new entertainment center, scratched a nightstand, broke the lawnmower (bent shaft and blades), lost a $150 bagged item”.
They will not reimburse consumers accurately and will not reimburse for the lost items, claiming the consumers were supposed to report it the day of the move (which can be impossible to do with seven pages of lading). They do not honor their own policies, the contract and the law states people have nine months to file claims, yet they will find a way around this, which is a fraudulent practice.
“UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE THE VICTIM OF FRAUD, USE ANOTHER MOVING COMPANY…”
