This moving company are fraudulent and may have closed down and now operate under a different name. Be aware if you’re planning to move; they are brokers, they do nothing that you could not do by yourself. They contract moving companies on your behalf and they take money from you to do so.
Firstly, many customers have complained that this company will price you competitively with other moving companies, but they do not disclose that they are a broker. They employ the use of salesman that become very persistent and promise the world to you. They will chase you via phone and email to sign a contract that they will not actually honor because they usually seem to end up over-charging consumers, either way. They try to force you to sign paperwork immediately over the phone, similar to an e-signature so that you have no time to actually research the company and almost never seem to honor the pick-up date they have agreed to the customer over the phone, instead they pass you along to one of the various companies they broker to and those companies will then take anywhere between 3 days to about 4 weeks to deliver your items, late. Some instances and cases show that consumers have never actually received their belongings, even though they were paid for and have to resort to taking legal action against this company.
“If I could leave a negative star, I would. These people are con artists. Be aware if you’re planning to move…”
