ALERT! MOVING SCAM
This company has two separate Yelp accounts and is known to post fake reviews, most likely by employees and friends and families of employees. This is not only a practice that violates the policies of most review sites, it is fraudulent and illegal. This company is known to commit various forms of fraud.
Customers have complained about this company brokering moves and the third party movers that they broker to have been accused of stealing various precious items such as: jewelry, diamonds, expensive watches, designer bags, shoes and more. Consumers have also complained of these movers going through the customers’ boxes and taking what they liked, even including perfumes and cosmetics. Single customer losses include 15 or more boxes, on average, missing from the inventories and what they don’t steal, usually comes damaged. They will ignore any and every call to customer service to file complaints so any lost or damaged items must be reported to the Department of Transportation’s FMCSA and other local authorities to see any form of reparation for their misdeeds.
