ALERT! MOVING SCAM
These movers are only helpful until you book your move and finish paying the deposit, that’s where the help stops and the scams start. They have even been known to take advantage of elderly, deaf people.
They are known to lie about the fact that they are moving brokers and do not own their own trucks, even customers that are reluctant to to write bad reviews on other companies, to not ruin those businesses are so fed up with Agility that they have reported them to Yelp, the BBB and other business review sites. Some customers are claiming that they never received their items and them and their children “have been sleeping on the floor” awaiting their belongings to be moved to their new homes. Even though, this company claims to have a refund policy, customers have been unable to get their money back although pictures, required documents and more were sent to the company. Be wary of doing business with Agility Van Lines.
